The QI Solutions resource portal is created by US tax attorney and QI expert Andrew R. Wilson. This site is devoted to providing useful information about the US Qualified Intermediary regime for QIs and QI professionals.

The idea of the QI Solutions site first began with a very simple web-based application to organize, update, and share QI forms and documents. Today this idea has evolved into a web portal providing useful, timely information about the US QI regime for QIs and QI professionals world-wide. This site provides important QI news and brings together information that is readily available on the Internet although sometimes difficult to locate.

Andrew R. Wilson, J.D., LL.M. is a US tax attorney and has been involved in QI matters since 1998 (the QI rules originally were planned to come into effect in 1999). He is admitted to practice in the state of New York and before the US Tax Court. He received his J.D. (summa cum laude) from T.M. Cooley Law School in 1996 and his LL.M. (in taxation) from New York University in 1997. From 2000 to 2005 he was with Studio Pirola (formerly the tax and legal services firm for the PricewaterhouseCoopers international network for Italy) in Milan, Italy, and from 1997 to 1999 with the Washington, D.C. tax team of King & Spalding.
